Hi,

I have ordered a cake to be delivered on 18th October.but I have cancelled the order and when I have called the customer care they told the order was cancelled and refund was initiated.

but i got an email saying my shipment was shipped which didn't happen as well.


Ever since it was cancelled,I haven't got any reply not any update on payment.i have been following them up on call and email.but no response.
