I made for my loan in dmi on 8th Aug 2019 but still now its not updated in DMI finance and im getting charged by DMI finance for late payment and other charges, I called both mobikwik customercare and DMI but they are telling to each other customer without any resolution or proper confirmation of my payment. I am writing mails daily to both lendingsupport@mobikwik.com and customercare@dmifinance.in but no response. This both big companies are cheating customer by giving loan as they wants to earn only by late payments and bounce charges, Please help me getting my charges waive off which they charged because of there problems.
