Complaint against Paytm, paytm wallet with mobile number 9029344445

I had transfered my 2800rs from my paytm wallet with mobile number 9029344445 on 4th feb to paytm wallet with mobile number 9167840007. Transaction id for the same is 6327593838. This amount got deducted from my wallet but not transfered to receivers wallet. From that day we are following up with paytm team on mails and calls but till date no solution received. They are just making us go mad by giving different solution every time and none of it worked. THey just keep on transfering call from one dept to other or ask us to call back again and again by giving 10 different IVR. Now after reaching the concern dept after 3 days. He says he cant help his senior will call back in next 24-48hrs. I asked him to get me connected to the senior right away but he didnt do that and insisted us to wait for next 48hrs. Now people uses paytm for instant transaction in emergency situation. I did this trf because it was emergency. But even after 3 days it has not reached the concern person. big worry!!

    not refunded my amount and customer care service is not available by bhagyashri:

    i have not receive refunded amount. more than 50 times i have contact with customer care numbers but no one is available. even i have send the mails but from 2 days email also not delivered. very dissatisfied.
