Took money for 1 yrs subscription and in the middle they stop service.

This complaint is against MAGICBRICKS in accordance to the above mentioned subject.
I have availed a unlimited listing one year paid subscription pack from MAGICBRICKS. The details of the Subscription: "Super Saver Premium Pack Order No: 7756481".

For the past 15 days I am having problems in my listing. The property which I listed still it is vacant and Magic brick team in my advertisement put the validity as
expired. When I contact there team, they gave false assurance and finally they say they looking into the issue and give me a ticket no. 779351 generated. Last 7 working days over and no response from there end. So finally It seems I lost my 1 year subscription money and still my properties are lying vacant. Also I find in website that this is doing with many other subscriber as of now. Please look into this issue.
