Tampering with the car and mishandling during transportation

1. I hired the car movers Eagle trans logistics for transporting my swift VXI car from Patiala to Pune...
2.I handed over the car to the Dvr of the company on 14 Aug 2020..with fuel inside it..the fuel tank was almost full when I handed over the car to the Dvr...
3.i took fotos of the dashboard before handing it over to the Dvr.. Further I clicked the foto of odometer of car while handing it over.
4. But when I recd the car the fuel was almost empty in car.. And further the odometer of my car has been tampered with..
5. The meter which shows the last trip distance is showing 800 km proving that the vehicle has been driven and not transported in a container..
6. The sensor of car has also has been tampered with enroute..
7. The contact person of the transport company is not picking up my fone now.. Please help where should I complain on the same.
8. I don't know what all in my car has been tampered with hence I want to complain regarding the fraud by the transport company..
