I hired services of a transport company named "Hari packers and movers" for transportation of my Accent car from Chandigarh to Pune.
Transporter took all documents from me and take me car from my home in Chandigarh on 16 July 2018 and told me he will give the delivery of the car on 23 July 2018 in Pune. Before taking the car I asked the charged and he said 11,500 will be the total cost. He did not inform me of any hidden costs or taxes beforehand. When he sent the driver to take the car from my home, he did not send any documents along. When questioned he sent me a bill on whats-app which had the total cost of transportation mentioned as 11,500 rupees.
And he visited me on 20 July 2018 in Pune and demanded the transportation charges and also 3000 rs extra. When I objected to pay extra money. He threatened me by saying If you don't give me then I will drop the car in Madhya Pradesh and will not be responsible for the delivery anymore.
Then I said I will give you the money once I get the delivery then he said if you don't pay I will leave that car there you your self go and get the car.
I paid him 14200 rs cash on 20 July 2018 and asked about the delivery of my car.
He said he will handover the car on 23 July 2018.
But since then he is making all sort of excuses. But not delivering the car.
