Items are missing but not getting response as well Claim

Packers Movers Complaint Complaint Date: October 13, 2020
I have booked the material through Agarwal Packers and Movers service on dt. 20th May 2020 and the DC/GC No. is 4693172 from Bangalore to Pune and the same was received on 23rd May 2020 but found 08 Nos. packets/goods in short quantity out of 91 nos. packets (photos are attached for your ref.) after long chasing with them they delivered 06 items and still 02 Items are missing.

I am chasing with them from last more than three months but not getting proper answers as well my missing items.
