Complaint against DHL Packers And Movers Hyderabad for charging me more amount

I contacted the person from DHL and he agreed to transfer my household goods in Rs.15000/- and he sent the cotation bill showing in Total the same amount.
But post my goods are loaded to move from Hyderabad to Thane, next day he sent bill of Rs 24608/- and started blackmailing me saying now as the bill is generated I need to pay this much amount else my goods would be unloaded on Nashik godown and i paid Rs.21500\, which was till Rs. 6500\- more than what he asked be before.

Also post my goods came to my house couple items were broken and my gas cylinder which was almost filled with gas was completely replaced with empty gas cylinder. Request to please look into this matter and help to clam Rs. 11000\- including extra amount changed to me and few items were broken\replaced.
