The products to be returned are not getting picked up so no refund

1) My product Indian Techno Crafts Modern Coffee Table; Outdoor Table (Solid Wood, Polished finish, Brown ) which was ordered on 14 August 2021is not being picked up. This has already happened 5 times already. My first return pick-up date was done within the return period itself.
2) My product Callas 3-Tier Height Adjustable Microwave, Oven, Dish Rack Shelf, File Rack (Black | CA 1246-CH | 80 x 35 x 60 cm) is also not being picked up. This has already happened 6 times already. My first return pick-up date was done within the return period itself.
I already had many long chats with various amazon agents but nothing came out of it. They fill NOCs but still nothing happens, they just keep on scheduling the pick-up date to another and then another. Money can only be returned if the product is being picked up, but in my case, no one is picking the products which I want to return.
So calling is useless. I am also not receiving any call from the pickup agent.
I want my money back by hook or crook.
