I ordered Mivi Collar 2 online from their site only. But after a month of usage, I was having some issues with it. It started making some weird noises. So, I mailed the company and they arranged a pickup for the same on 18 may 2021. They told that I will get my product back withinh 7-14 days buts its been more than a month. Neither they refund me my money nor they reply to the mails. Everytime I call, they tell me that they have pass on the concern to a higher authority and soon it will be resolved. But why am I facing this. Their consumer service is so poor.
