Non Delivery Order. Illegal money extortion against delivery

Hi This is in reference to my order no. #INSF352242133. I had purchased a table from www. insaraf.com on Dec 19, 2020. I had received the order on January 10,2021. The table size was very high as compared to my expectation and it could not be moved inside the house due to limited availability of space in the door as well. I spoke to the customer care and I was asked to refuse the delivery and return the table to the delivery person. I also mentioned the refusal to accept order on delivery invoice and returned the table to the delivery person. I have followed up multiple times with the company over email and phone call and it has been 7 months that my table has not been delivered as yet. The customer care has repeatedly assured that they will look into this matter and also assured that they will call me back with the details. The company has agreed to deliver the order but now started demanding Rs. 30000 extra in lieu of reverse delivery charges i.e. charges for returning the order. These charges were not announced at the time of acceptance of the return not is it mentioned on their website that customer has to pay charges once they return their product. This is pure extortion of money against customer since they have the amount deposited with them. My money is now stuck with the company for 7 months. Till date I have not received any resolution and it has caused me severe mental trauma as I have not been able to work productively in this work from home environment. The table was sponsored by my company Google. Request you to look into this matter.
