Dear Sir / Madam,

its a week now that I ordered from swiggy for an amount of 1115 and made a payment of 1115 through paytm.

my money got deducted but the delivery never happened.
I have all my statements of paytm and a confirmation from paytm that the amount has been credited to swiggy but swiggy id denying it and harassing me and not refunding my money.
Sir 1115 is a big amount. they promise that some one will call but nothing.
