Exchange mobile not pickuped even after 10 complaints given to paytm customer care

Paytm did not pickup my return product (mobile). I'm given false statements of giving wrong IMEI number, which is wrong. I had also shared images for IMEI number.
I was supposed to get cash back of RS 4500 against this exchange of old mobile.

If the product is not exchanged I would like to return my newly purchased mobile and get back complete amount transferred to my bank account.
