I made a transaction of 14,999 on 30 th may For Red mi note 5 pro to Flipkart and the money was debited from my account,but the transaction failed and i was been told the amount will be refunded in 8 business days,then was told it will be refunded in 15 days,then i lodged a complaint with the bank but the bank says that the transaction is Successful and to contact the merchant whereas the merchant is saying that the transaction has failed and to contact the bank.So i request you to lodge a complaint against flipkart aslo.And neither of the customer care officers are helpful in this case.
