Dear Sir\ Madam,

I have ordered a mobile, Redmi Y2 from Amazon.in on 19th June 2018 & give expected delivery on 21-22 Jun 2018.

After 21st Jun i have continuously in followup with their customer support centre. but always gives me promises to delivery shortly.

On 24th June amazon gave me an email to deliver product within 48 hours. i.e. till 26th June.

But till today i have not received product or any call regarding the delivery of product. they have sent me another email of delivery will be held till today but at the end of the day no response from Amazon.

I have got mental stress because of this problem & amazon service & can't take any followup with amazon.

Request you to accept claim of Rs. 10000 against Amazon.in & close the loop as early as possible.
