Hi,

I AM REALLY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY AMAZON.

I have purchased from my friends amazon account (amita) Shilpa Air cooler (bobby 200) from Amazon on 16th Apr 2018. Order no: 402-2989389-6825933
I have received the damage product attached is the pics. Same have request for the return on the same day and acknowledge was received for the same. The seller called me to know the reason. I have send him the pics and told that product is damaged please take it back. After that no response from seller.

I have called the customer care 4 times. 3 times I got the positive respond. When i called 2 time to the customer care executive he assured me that i will get the refund of the product by 15th May 2018. but no refund was provided.

On 16 Th May, I have called custom care again. Mujeeb executive said he is drafting the email to the seller. I requested him to keep me in CC, but no email yet received.

I again called Customer care on 16 th May 2018. Vivek (hindi customer care executive) was assisting me. He is very arrogant. He was not ready to listen to me. He said today itself I have to send the product back to the seller by transportation and then once seller receive the product then i will be refunded. Also he said today (16th May 2018) is the last date, Else forget about the refund.
He said I cant help you more than this as Amazon is not responsible. I told him i have taken the product from Amazon and not from the seller how can you say me this. I got the same arrogant way answer....

* Is this the service amazon provides to the customer.
* Arrogant answer given when asked for refund.
* Is it Customer mistake to purchase a product from World No :1 Online shopping website. As no respond and follow up taken.
* Isn't it the responsibility of Amazon to help the customer.


I have taken this product by trusting Amazon and not the seller.


I request you to take this on priority basis.
