Soap found in place of mobile

I ordered Samsung M31s mobile on Amazon India on 19th October, 2020. @0th October order delivered but one Fena soap was inside the box. Immediately informed Amazon customer care . They told me to wait till 23rd October. Again I contacted them on 23rd October they told me to wait till 29th October. same day I put my complaint on Twitter they also told me to wait till 29th. On 29th October I contacted to Customer Care they said they can not help because case is already with social media team. I contacted social media team (Twitter) they told me to wait for 24-48 hours for investigation. On 30th October they send me an email saying that packet was delivered intact so they can not do anything. I lost INR 17999 and lot of frustation
