COMPLAINT AGAINST FLIPKART REGARDING REJECTION OF REFUND AGAINST FAULTY PRODUCT

I had purchased Bose Solo 5 soundbar from Flipkart on 11th August 2020 against order number OD119394309725951000. The product was delivered on 14th August. On checking the product was found faulty and the voice was found to be disrupted with volume level fluctuating. I raised the return request on 17th August and the same was rejected by Flipkart mentioning the reason that the seller is not able to return. On 20th August I again raised the complaint, and initiated return request to which I received a call from flipkart that they will arrange for technician visit and post technician inspection further action will be initiated. The technician visited on 27th August, 2020 and confirmed that the product is faulty and shared the report with the executive in front of me. He even shared the video of the product to his supervisor and confirmed that the product is faulty. I was promised that the product will be picked up and I will be given refund.
But about half an hour later I received a text that the refund has been rejected. and complaint was closed without providing resolution. After that I have been writing and trying to contact for complaint redressal but no response.
