Returned item but did not recieve refund

My sister ordered few clothes from allonlinestore app. She placed an order and she returned few items from them. The returned products were returnable, it was mentioned in the app. They picked up the items. But she did not recieve any refund after that. It's been more than 2 months now. Customer care number which is provided is not connecting. We are not able to contact them in any ways. Please help
