I have order smartwatch fire-boltt from their website on 12 may delivered on 14th may which was defected and i have return the watch on 15th may according their system it was reached on their godown on 24th may. I waited for 7-10 days received their response but i have not received single response from their side. i have raise complaint of website about refund. after calling them so many time on 17th june, 24 june and 2 july i have received mail my money will be refuned in my account in 7-10 day,4-5 days Still now i have not single penny.
