Ordered from meesho but not getting money return and satisfied answerswer

I had order a dress from meesho of 427rs on 6th march 2022 and i received defective product so i placed exchange request for it and now today after exchanged on 18th march 2022 i have received whole wrong product which is garbage bags i have complain to meesho but they are not giving me any satisfied answer and instruction to return the product also i cannot place return request from the application
They niether have any manager or higher authorities to contact nor they have any email to raise complain and Infact they are not scared of not following the rules and regulations of
government
Niether government authorities of cyber crime is helping the customer to come out from this nor they are telling anything to online shopping
Are they just taking commission from the shopping apps ??
On 20th march 2022 i am having function of ring ceremony which is all spoiled just because of this online shopping meesho app. Company just says sorry and completes the issue so i wanted to know the jago grahak jago is with the CUSTOMER or with company for computation ?? Are they willing to helps or just want salary and commission from the government and company

I just don't understand just by giving money back their responsibility i Think Our PM. is motivating the online application to do this promising to give ram rajya but positioning as east india
When we telling complain about our problem they are giving very rude answer by telling we are supporters of bjp you cannot do anything and all
I request this great authority jago grahak jago to help me by taking action towards jago grahak jago
