complaint against online refund.

I purchased my online order cake for birthday on 28 june for delivery on 5th of july 2021, I cancel order on 29 june and they said you will get refund soon . till today i will not get any money back. when i am asking them refund they are saying that they transfer money check with your bank. I check with my bank but no transfer from them. They are saying that we did trasfer money but not giving me transfer receipt instead asking me to give them my bank statement for the month of july 2021
