I had purchased Fireboltt 360 PRO smartwatch on 23/12/2021. Later, in the month of April 2022 I discovered that the watch has charging issues. So, I contacted the manufacturer via company's support website https://fireboltt-complaint.freshdesk.com/support/home. I raised a complaint ticket regarding the issue. In the month of May 2022 the company approved replacement of the watch after video of the charging problem was uploaded against the ticket. The faulty watch was picked up from me by 16th May 2022 and the replacement watch was supposed to be deilvered. But, the replacement watch has not been delivered yet. Also, the complaint ticket on the company website was closed. So, I raised several other complaint tickets regarding the delivery of the replacement watch and also, requesting for the contact information of the delivery person. One of the tickets had no response and was closed without being resolved. So, I called the company customer care number repeatedly but, no one answered the call there. Also, I texted them on their Instagram page but I didn't receive any response there also. Finally, I decied to raise another ticket hoping to get some response. They did reply this time that they will check and revert within 2 working days. But, it has been already 15 days since this last communication. This ticket is also not being responded now. It has already been 1.5 months since the falty watch has been picked-up. It appears that I am being cheated by the company.

Request you to look into this issue and provide justice. It appears that I am being cheated by the company. I have uploaded the communications with the company for your reference.
