Hi, I have placed an order#1233788124 for sweets of rs. 529.50 on Zomato application for Om Sweets gurugram sector 4 market area.
which is not far from my house, approx 2.5 km.

When delivery boy called my up and I didn't able to pick up the call, as I was in washroom, where I was not carrying my phone.
so I missed the calls.
so Om sweets cancelled the order. which is appropriate thing.
but when I contacted Zomato through their chat option they didn't provide any resolution, and asked me to send a email on order@zomato.in I did send an email there too, but still didn't get any resolution on it. they said the same thing we can't refund the money as whole amount has applied to penalty.
I didn't receive the order, and their delivery boy didn't came from to far location, and they have applied whole amount to penalty.
which is completely looting customers.
Now I would like to get the complete refund and also would like to file the case against Zomato and apply penalty so that they understand how it feels when you eat the money of customers.
