    This is to inform you that I have palced Order Id : 33785258 on 07th july 2017 i succesfully placed an order, my amount also deducted from my bank a/c. after few minutes i got a msg saying, ur order is not verfied,our customer care will all u back for verification.

    till now nothing happened. for clarification i called customer care 011-66372424, They dont even pickup the calls

    after that i searched online i found many customers complained like this, now by seeing those complaints i thought to raise complaint on my order, but accidently while raising complaint i sent cancel the order

    now i am scared do i get my money back, i got msg fro them saying, ur refund is initiated, ur refund will be back in 7 days

    how can i trust this yepme
    can u help me regarding this or FIR is must for them

    Yepme.com has not yet delivered my order, it's almost a month now.my Order no-34065459 have order 3 items and paid online through card but still I have not received any order. They are not at all picking up my calls. Every day I call them twice but no response I get. I have even raised an query but no response no mail and no call from yepme.com

    Hi team,


    I have booked a order in yepme for casual shoes 3 in quantity. The order status is 34057325 and the date of booking is 11th March 2018 and the expected delivery is scheduled on tomorrow. But still the order status is ready for dispatch. Also the reference number in the site mentioned is invalid reference number. Now the status is showing rejected. Hence please refund my money 937 to my account.
