Not replacing my product, bought a stablizer from snapdeal.com

I bought a stablizer from snapdeal.com on 4th March 2017. When I recieved the product, it was damaged. I raised the replacement request within the time and they promised me to replace my product. They assigned the pickup of that product. After that, they said me that your area is not serviceable, so, you should manually send this product to us on our giver address. First of all, kurukshetra is not an area which is non-serviceable and secondly the courier company called me and said we don't have market vehicle and that's why we can't pickup your product. I tried to send the product manually to company but every courier company said that we don't provide our services to the area which is given to me by company. I further tried to send the product through aramex and I paid Rs720 for courier. The courier returned back to me after 2 failure attempts by aramex. I explained the whole issue to snapdeal and they are not helping me now It's been one month they are harassing me and making me fool. They always say that sir we are understanding your issue and just wait for 24-48 hours and they are saying this from last one month. And today, it was really disappointing and insulting when they cut off my phone while I was speaking. They also said me that you have asked not to replace or return the product to the courier company assigned by us. They are just harassing me. Please take a strong and strict action against the company and let them know the results of harassing a customer. I hope you will resolve my issue as early as possible.
