I would like to inform you that I had placed order on 20/2/24 on netmeds app for purchase of dermadew baby lotion and spoo shampoo till yesterday the order was reflected in order section but today the order is not shown.
Nor my money is refunded nor order is delivered. I have been cheated.
Kindly look into matter on urgent basis.
