Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Smart Watch from Fire Boltt Company but they delivered a different item. Now company is not responding for return or refund my money back. They are saying the item which you ordered and the item which they delivered is same. I called and email many times but no any response was received from their side. Now they have deleted my all emails and track records from their site.

ORDER DATE:-05.08.2023 which I received not similar products. Kindly go through this matter and help me.
