Wrong delivery product by Amazon and harassment for refund of money

I had placed order on Amazon for a headphone priced Rs. 10,999/- but instead Amazon delivered a cheap substitute.
My order was for Audio Technica ATH-m50x headphone. They delivered some cheap substitute.
Now they are harassing me to refund my money as I had no option but return the product they had delivered.
Please help me to get my refund of Rs. 10,999/-
