Flipkart Complain on misleading product information and not accepting return/refund of wrong product

I have ordered fastrack smart watch from flipkart which doesn't have feature of " sms/call/social media notification on watch" as per description of product on flipkart app under product specifications so I'm chasing with flipkart since one month for return and refund as flipkart showing wrong product features which is not available in watch. I had sent around 10-12 times required snap via their app and mail on their mail id cs-head@flipkart.com and grievance.officer@flipart.com in-spite of that they are unable to accept their mistake and keep rejecting my complain on the ground that "sorry seller confirmed that box was opened at the time of delivery and product was intact so can't accept return/refund" Now, here what is the logic to reject the request basis such reason when inbuilt feature of watch is missing as per flipkart advertisement/description. This is cheating with consumer and I'm expecting resolution by escalating here. Thanking you in advance. Sachin Dugad
