I have ordered mop with 10 refills set of Rs. 349/- dtd 21.10.2022 and payment has been done from my side i have payment screen shot but still i am not getting my order no 63866 ( Paid by PayUBiz)

Now completed 7 days but still my order not getting and trying to customer care no but they are coming switch off
