On 4th of Oct 2022, an excess online payment of 335 rupees was transferred to Satyam Wines. I called them up immediately but they denied to receive any such amount. I went to the shop next day and showed them the transaction details. They agreed, but the attitude was ignorant. I have been regularly following up with them but they are not refunding the money or product.
This kind of post sales attitude is very unpleasant to a customer. Moreover why is it taking them so long to refund the amount.
Is this shop authentic? Is annual audit being performed?

Doesn't look like the shop and owners are ethical. It's not about the money but the reputation of the shop.
