I ordered 2 products from meesho and it courier service is xpressbees and it is out for delivery fro

I order pyro gun and heels sandals from meesho on 27 august 2023 and it is out for delivery from 31 august 2023 and when I call delivery agent of expressbees he said me that he'll give that parcel to me in evening of 31 august but he didn't then I call him he said me he'll deliver it next day when I call him next day he says me that he's in his own problem at home he can't deliver my parcel and he makes so much excuses that day but from this day he block my number so I'm unable to contact him till now and expressbees is also not receiving my phone and meesho service is also not supporting me over that please do something and do a case against meesho and expressbees courier service in India
