I buyed a product from ebay.in and the product i recieved is damaged so i filed a claim and claim got approved but refund not credited in my account yet.
I bought that product in june 2016 and filed claim on 17-06-2016.
approval of claim came on 4-07-16 and my claim id is 2080114
