Refund complaint with Snapdeal online shopping issue

I had purchased 3 Nos. of Syska h15 Bluetooth Earphones.

Out of the 3 Nos.only

1 No. was Earphone was delivered to me.

1 No. of value Rs. 362/- was refunded to me.

1 No. of value Rs. 362/- has still not been made to me

I have corresponded with the company but they have still not been able to resolve my issue, infact I believe they exactly don't want to resolve.

They are just reply with a reference no. of the transaction for which I have received the refund, rather than addressing the one which has not been refunded to me.

I have provided them with my Bank Statement in which there is only one refund but still no corrective action has been taken up by the company.

I seriously don't know as what should I do or whom should I contact.

If the need be, I can furnish all the correspondence that I've made with the company prior to filing this complaint.
