Not getting refund of Rs 314 from myntra.com, I had returned a tshirt

I had returned a tshirt which was i bought from myntra in year 2016 according to their return policy I have return it they were accept the return & a refund amount of 314 shown in my account. now suddenly i noticed this amount was disappeared from my account, when I contact to their customer executive via phone they were replied that after two years you are not eligible for refund of this amount because as per our condition of payment you are not eligible to get your refund back after two years.previously neither they informed me about this type of condition neither in their their official site this type of instruction is written.so i request you kindly look after this matter
