Naaptol.com Item not deliverd - ordered a Drill machine of Rs-1999

I was ordered a Drill machine of Rs-1999 with delivery charge Rs 350 on 14th July. Payment already given by online, but still, Drill machine not delivered. I did complaint to costumer care 3-4 times but no positive response found.
