Main yeh shikayat Zari Mysore (support@zarimysore.co) ke khilaf darj kar raha hoon, jinka vigyapan maine Instagram par dekha tha aur waha se ek saree order ki thi. Jab parcel mujhe prapt hua aur maine saree ki quality check ki, toh woh behad kharab aur ghatiya nikli, jo ki unke dwara dikhaye gaye ad se bilkul alag thi.
Jab maine unke customer support par email karke product return karne aur apne paise bank account me wapas (refund) maange, toh company ne refund dene se saaf mana kar diya. We sirf product replacement ya shopping coupon dene ki zidd kar rahe hain, jabki mujhe unka koi aur product nahi chahiye aur main apna poora paisa wapas chahta hoon.
Company ka yeh ravaiyya grahak suraksha (consumer protection) aur fair trade practices ke khilaf hai. Bina meri marzi ke mujhe coupon ya replacement lene ke liye majboor karna galat hai. Isliye anurodh hai ki is mamle me kshatipurni (compensation) ke sath mera poora refund dilane ki kripa karein taaki is dhokhadhadi par karwayi ho sake.
Aap is text ko waha diye gaye box me daal sakte hain aur claim amount me apne order ke hisaab se sahi rashi likh kar aage ki prakriya poori kar sakte hain.
