Order number 1828396has not been shipped yet and it has been a month now! I have contacted them so many times but No one is responding to my queries. They are not even telling me when my order will be shipped. I have contacted them via email, phone, social meida - their own instgram and facebook pages... But no one replies and I do not have an update at all. The least I expect is timely shipping and proper information. Very very disappointed and frustrated with the kind of customer service that they have.
