Refund of money, have purchased one american tourister by placing order on SnapDeal.com

I have purchased one american tourister by placing order on 14.06.2017 & after receiving the same I was dissatisfied and returned the same after observing all formalities of snapdeal as they declined to pick up the same from my address.Initially I requested them either to pick up or send their representative to check the item fit for return.Later I sent the same through courier & reached to Snapdeal on 17/07/2017 at 11:16 AM.Later the snapdeal authority asked me to upload courier receipt and share my bank particulars & I had uploaded the courier receipt on 16.07.2017 & bank particulars.After so many correspondence, after a lapse of 6 days of receiving the material, now the Snapdeal today [23.07.2017]told me that the item did not pass their quality check which seems to be inappropriate & return request is declined.Please look into the matter & asked Snapdeal to refund my money instead of returning the item.
