I ordered a combo pack(worth Rs 898, including delivery charges) of a chip and a powerbank . I got the product on 06/05/2017 . But the products are not working at all. They are totally defective .They have written SAMSUNG company names on the product .But they are duplicate .
On the same day(06/05/2017), i gave a written online complaint to (http://www.zoniic.com/) , but in respond i was just informed that my complaint request has reached to them. After that they have not even tried to contact me . They are not providing me any types of updates on the refund processes .
