This is to inform you that I am a very frequent online buyer. This year I already purchased multiple items of COLORPLUS from AMAZON.IN but my most recent purchase (Amazon Order# 171-1629118-8852337 dated 6 May 2017) of Colorplus Men's Casual Trousers (8907397581605_CMTQ11110-G3_ 38W x 36L_Medium Grey) from Cloudtail India Private Limited through AMAZON.IN @Rs. 999.00, caused unpleasant experience which I would like to share.

Overall I was happy with the product and start using it after couple of weeks from delivery. But after the first wash, I found that the cloth is tattered near stitches which was not visible during delivery and is purely manufacturing defect.

Immediately, I contacted both, M/s Amazon.in as well as the Colorplus brand with pictures, however both of them denied to accept this.

Need your support for replacement of product.
