Not responding in online order - Fynd shopping’s , They not provide customer service in call

I placed the order on 16 sep’18 ,4 unit rupees 1407 it’s about 4 day i haven’t received my order ,even in fynd app my order not showing and amount got dedicated from my account .

Fynd shopping’s , They not provide customer service in call I already shared this issue in fynd app in chat box still not received any reverts .
