Not refunding my money

I ordered from swiggy on date 23 August. I paid money from amazon pay .i cancelled my order befor 60 sec of order . Money get deducted but according to swiggy policy i not receive my refund . I contact the swiggy but they always tell me 5 to 7 days your money will refunded . And after one month they said no we not receive the money so we can not refund that contact anazon pay .the amazon pay gived me proof of successfull payment . I want my money back from swiggy
