Received dead microwave and they are not giving refund for that

I ordered samssung microwave oven on 19th September and was delivered on 25th and on 28th Samsung person came for demo. He unpacked the box and plugged in but there was no power, he said it's a dead piece i put return request on the same day on 28th, but no response from tatacliq.

Even Samsung tecnician also came and he has given a report saying it's a dead piece.

Submitted all the pics, reports everything but still nothing is processed.

Everday i am getting mail trying to contact you but not able to contact.

I am giving call everday to customer care but they are also not replying properly, yesterday also i forced alot to transfer call to supervisor but he didn't, he said I'll arrange call and within 4 hrs you will get call back. But it's more than 36 hours i didn't get any call

Tatacliq are neither replying properly on mail nor on customer care. I don't know whether my 9600rs will be refunded or not. Please help me out.
