Complaint against amazon for false assurances and delay in the delivery of product

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: September 4, 2020
Purchased mobile - oneplus 7t from Amazon on 7th August 2020. For this order I received a defective product. I have ordered replacement product. Amazon assured me the delivery of replacement product between 21st August 2020 to 4th September 2020. But, Amazon didn't even dispatch the product within the timeline.
When I was calling amazon telling that product has not been dispatched, they kept me assuring that product would be delivered on or before 4th September 2020. Now, Amazon says product would be delivered within 6th September to 16th September 2020.
I have suffered a lot because of this.
