Not getting delivery of my product

I want to purchased Aro. I booked it on JaldiFatafat in the month of April:20.
In the month of July they cancelled my order due to product is not available and credited my money in my valuet.
Again I booked another company Ro but since I have not received the product.
Customer care number is also not reachable and not greeting any reply on email.
