Product delivered 20 days ago, still no installation

I had purchased product(water purifier) from Flipkart, they provided delivery on time what the use of product without installation. Totally frustrated calling Flipkart daily but no use they provide deadlines over deadlines. The problem is I had to purchase water from outside though I had bought product. Customer service of Flipkart is on worst side no resolution from thier side customer is all is to face.hindware brand also equally responsible.
