This is reference to issue about non-refund going on since Feb’20 and still unresolved

I was delivered inferior quality “Shaftesbury Blue Blazer” which I returned in Feb’20 without any kind of usage or tampering with the product or the tags, however my due amount is still not refunded stating “quality check failed” inspite of more that 5-6 calls and a very long email trail till today 19th Jun’20

I have been patient and mindful enough of the situation w.r.t the pandemic and hence wasn’t pushing for immediate refunds and allowed your team to resume your operations.

However the problem remains unresolved, since firstly MYNTRA sent me inferior quality product and then refuse to give refund stating quality check failed (without giving any evidences) and thereby putting blame on the customer, which is absolutely not acceptable. Neither they have shipped back the product to me.

Also, more than a year back MYNTRA had earlier also sent me a used product (a jacket) with some person’s airline boarding passes in the pockets of that jacket and I had returned that and its on records that it was MYNTRA’s mistake

This is fraudulent practice from MYNTRA and I am looking for my refund
