Not responding against warranty related issue

I've registered complaint on 12/04/2020 for my earphones warranty claim and ticket was raised by them. Then they update status as "approved" on 14/04/2020 for my ticket no. but after that there is no update or response from the company till today which is almost 2 months. I've also sent mails to them try to call there customer care but no positive response. Only auto-replies on mails and recorded audios played on calls.
